Who would you be if you were fully in your body? Sexuality doula and sensualistEvYanWhitney wants to introduce you to your sensual self in celebration of their upcoming guided journal, Sensual Self. This workshop will lead you towards coming into your body and senses with questions to help you get curious and exercises to introduce you to the practice of sensuality. It will feature a Q&A, gentle breathwork, and an invitation to begin exploring your sensual self.
