Systematic Land Theft, Abbreviated Limited Ed. / The History of U.S. Tactics Keeping Tribal Nations From Reclaiming Their Land & Black Landless

This abbreviated version of the Systematic Land Theft textbook documents the history of why over 95 percent of US farmland is owned by White Americans. Learn about the history of land theft in the Black and Indigenous communities and how the migration of Europeans led to the adoption of common English common law, forcing the implementation of personal property rights. These laws and policies allowed White Americans to use land as collateral to ensure their economic status over non-Whites to this present day. This limited edition will give you a short synopsis of how conservation, the exploitation of natural resources, and the Five Civilized Tribes ownership of enslaved Africans help dispossess others of U.S. land.
